Curbside Clients
- For curbside visits, please have your phone handy for conversation with veterinarian for history, follow up questions or other needed communication regarding the treatment for your pet.
- Please call or use our new PetPro Connect App 24 hours in advance for any medication you need refilled.
- We will bring the food/meds to you while you remain outside and will collect payment via phone (before you leave the premises) or you can hand your credit card to our staff member to run the card in house.
- Grooming services: only your pet will be allowed into the clinic. Lori will greet you at your car to pick up your pet for grooming.
- For your safety and the safety of our staff, please respect social distancing guidelines (6 feet) and please have a mask on when you are interacting with our staff. We, too, will be wearing a mask for your safety.
Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to provide veterinary services for your pets. It is a very trying time for all of us and with patience and understanding, we will get through this together.
